Coffee by Topo's humble beginnings started at the Salida Farmers Market in 2021. With just a pop up tent and an old coffee machine, Katy brought coffee back to the market after the pandemic. Now, Topo offers an extensive menu of specialty coffee, nitro brews, breakfast burritos, and local baked goods out of their converted horse trailer, "Topito!"

2025 Salida Farmers Market runs June 7th through October 25th in Alpine Park from 8am til 12pm noon.

Topito makes the haul over Monarch Pass to Crested Butte each Sunday during the summer season! They have been ensuring that the CBFM community is well caffeinated since 2023. Katy and a local CB crew serve all the usual suspects alongside organic, cold-pressed juices and smoothies.

The 2025 CBFM season runs May 25th through October 6th on Elk Ave from 9am til 2pm each Sunday.
