serving a classic espresso menu from well renown specialty coffee roasters Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters, Queen City Collective, and Onyx Coffee Lab.
Speciality Drinks:
known for our chai, golden milk, and nitro cold brew, we have an extensive everyday drink menu and seasonal bevvie specials to satisfy everyone in the fam.
Organic Juices:
made in house. Always cold-pressed & always organic.
Cocktails ‘n Beer:
a rotating selection of fun craft cocktails and low brow beers, perfect for your morning hair of the dog or a post bike ride afternoon brew.
Food:
breakfast burritos, smoothies, parfaits, salads, and a wide selection of pastries from local bakeries, including gluten-free options.
our story
I started Coffee by Topo in the summer of 2021 when the Salida Farmers Market was in need of a coffee vendor. I began by developing recipes in my home kitchen to curate the first menu. I then took to the streets on my townie bike and popped in on friends’ homes and workplaces to test my products. Naturally, Topo’s beverage delivery service developed shortly thereafter. Since then Topo has evolved into many forms: you can still catch us at farmers markets in Salida and Crested Butte, hire us to cater your gathering, find our Nitro Cold Brew at one of our many wholesale partners, or swing by our cafe to enjoy the neighborhood vibe, pleasant hospitality, and delicious espresso beverages!
